Do you have a support website or configuration and setup manuals?

Yes, our support pages have links to a LOT of training and configuration guides. Additionally, our team is always ready to assist, just reach out to us!

I'm an IT professional, do you have partner programs?

Yes, we have several programs for IT professionals. Check our our partner page. Then, fill out the contact form.

Can I prevent employees from using the WiFi?

Yes! You can block any device from being able to use your guest WiFi service. Simply login to our Smart WiFi Dashboard and find the Device. Then, click the ‘Block’ button.

Can I see how many people are connecting at my location?

Absolutely, our Dashboard will show you all kinds of usage and guest statistics. Additionally, if you don’t have your Dashboard credentials, contact our support team and we will get the credentials sent to you.

Do you offer installation services?

No, we do not perform installation services however, most of our customers already have compatible Wi-Fi equipment and it can be setup to minutes using our setup guides. If you need a hotspot controller, as part of the ordering process, you can order and we can ship a pre-configured plug and play device to you. Additionally, we are happy to talk about any of the details with your IT professional.

Is it secure?

A captive portal will help secure your network by limiting who can get on the network. In addition, if we provide equipment, it will have device isolation setup to prevent users from ‘seeing’ other devices on your network.

In a typical public Wi-Fi location, a user is given a password to connect. Then, when the connects to that network without device isolation, that user has access to “see” every other device on that network, including POS systems, servers, printers, and other users.

Device isolation helps protect the network, and the guests that use the network.

How easy is it to install at my business?

It’s REALLY easy! If you have compatible equipment already then it can be configured in minutes. If you order a pre-configured hotspot, then you will just plug it into your router and power outlet when you receive it from us. We can also recommend I.T. experts to assist.

Can I use my own equipment?

Yes you can! We integrate with most business-grade access points. Click here for a list of compatible equipment. Furthermore, our Dashboard works great with controllers like: Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Engenius, NETGEAR, TP-Link, Zyxel, Cradlepoint, Mikrotik, Datto, Ruckus, Aruba, OpenWiFi equipment and many more!

Can you also handle large venues like casinos, stadiums, airports or events?

Will it work in a mobile venue, like a bus, foodtruck, limo or other fleet vehicle?

Yes! As long as you have an Internet connection, like Starlink or a 5G hotspot then you can configure a compatible hotspot device. Contact us if you need more assistance.

Absolutely! We want you to get the most return on your investment in our platform.
